According to c't, in 2001 overall PC sales declined 11.8% in Germany compared to 2000.

These were the market shares of the big PC vendors in 2001:

Fujitsu Siemens 21.6%
Compaq 9.3%
HP 7.4%
Dell 6.6%
Vobis 5.9%
others 49.2%
