The Super-regional RTO ought to get your attention in a couple of years, just like all of us on the West Coast have had our eyes opened to the horrors of intertied grids, IPPs and fraudulent market power manipulations ruining businesses, sapping growth and destroying economic opportunity. The latest insult from the BPA, is that now that had to raise our wholesale electrical rates by 56% last Oct. 1 because of too much demand, now they are coming back to the table to demand more rate hikes because of too little demand. It's a sinister Alice-In-Wonderland world we are entering. -Ray
