Sprint needs to have someone cut a check for $2 billion. All the other issues are irrelevant until they can demonstrate liquidity and avoid a Qwest situation.

BTW, I think that QCOM needs to lead the consortium. After all, they pulled the plug on $300 million in financing to the NextWave group. Give it to Sprint - they will certainly get a better deal than the cash flow from 1 year Treasuries.
