HWP or HON?? 16:08 ET Honeywell appoints David Cote CEO; reaffirms guidance (HON) 32.65 -0.99: -- Update -- Confirms that David Cote has been elected CEO and member of the Board effective immediately. Mr. Cote joins Honeywell from TRW (see 15:38 and 15:46 comments). Lawrence A. Bossidy will remain chairman and a member of the Board of Honeywell until June 30, when he will retire as expected from the company and relinquish both positions. HON reaffirms 2002 EPS outlook of $2.36.
