yes, all the 144 were filed but i did not find any follow up form 4 which would verify insiders sales. so looks like selling would have occured on may 12 or shortly thereafter and probably from a fund or privite investment group. below is an explaination of for 144 from cda investnet.

"Form 144 This form must be filed by insiders whenever they plan to sell restricted (or
unregistered) shares. This type of stock (frequently called "founders stock") is not traded on the
open market until it has been filed for as an "Intent to Sell" under Rule 144. Contrary to the "Intent"
title, 144 sellers typically submit these filings on the day of the sale of the securities. Chances are, the
data covering the same sale will show up in the regular insider filings (Form 4) on the 10th of the
month following the sale. Because of this beware of counting the same sale twice! Although there is
some overlap, not all insiders file 144's when they sell stock. Not all 144 filers are insiders either.
Because of this, both data sets are valuable.""

so i believe the 144 from may are a non event now as to the recent selling over the last 2 trading days.

can you help me out with wisconsin i can not seem to find any data on them. i am suprised at there investments in biotech or should i say there intellegent choice (maybe they have an investment firm who invests for them).
