Everyone knows the BTB pretty much has to trend higher for now,

I don't necessarily know that.

Last month BTB got a pop when September ( an utterly atrocious month) finally dropped out of the 3 month moving average calculation. The Preliminary number may very well not meet your expectations.

But then again it might. ;^)
