I beg to differ. Bernstein of ML went on TV last week and in the course of routine discourse said that "IBM was overvalued and he would be buyer at $95." The upgrades and rally will come along as soon as the street declares the market cheap.

INTC has got it's act together and at $30 I will be long.

RE MSFT, The sheep will be led to purchase at $55 irregardless of legal situation.
