Fred, Thanks for the heads up on the "book-to-bill". I got my eye on the CPI tomorrow. I don't know how good our local economist guru is, but, a .5 increase could put more of a damper on the market. Signs that short term rates are going to go back up could put a top in place on this market even though rates are so low now. As I recall, the market one year out after the first increase is not encouraging. Wonder is anyone does have the average gain/loss? Joe
