Do you have any sources for this? I was under the impression that the whole "kill all infidels" thing referred to non-Muslims who seek to harm Muslims, not to any non-Muslim.

Of course, we all know how many Muslims feel about Jewish people.

Yes, the Muslim world has long been a haven for Jews under duress from the Christian anti-Semitism.
