hj, already have a rental. i plan on renting out my current home when i upgrade. either san dawg prices come down or i move to upgrade. the other option is to sell my overpriced match box and get a double the matches version... ;-) i would prefer to rent it out, though. i plan on having 4 houses (actually, 3 houses, 1 condo) before i retire. i have 2 now. we'll see what the future brings. depreciation is the only real tax loophole left, imho.
