lol funny you should mention the NASDAQ, which also has a nice trendline from 1991 - 1994.

I dunno -- 2800 ? Way too high, IMO. But in 1991, PCs were still a big growth sector, and local area networking was an even bigger growth sector. So the 1991 - 1994 trendline for the NASDAQ is probably too steep to use.
