Yes, Eric, Andy G. and I have discussed MACD in detail. In fact, I taught Andy everything he knows about MACD, when he enrolled in a TA correspondence course I was giving at a virtual university based in a storefront in Las Vegas. Just kidding, Andy!!!
It's a good newsletter, all in all, with some inspiring quotes each day. For example: “Whatever you can do, or think you can, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it.” - Goethe
I don't know whether I believe in all the mental hoo-ha mentioned in the interview. The comparisons to athletic pursuits make me wonder. There might be extraordinary ups and downs and wild mood swings in gambling, but not in the comparatively dull business of consistently successful trading. If one's fighting to control one's emotions, I don't see how one can focus on the indicators, systems and numbers. But whatever.
There are certainly some entertaining testimonials at the site:
"I hope your letter is quickly recognized for its genius."
"It is concise, yet complete. Entry and exit is clearly spelled out."
"The positive reinforcement of good profits in small time frames allows us to maximize percent per year return on our trades."
"Your concern for the client and his success is apparent and is carried out in your recommendations."
Here's another interesting site, featuring a mechanical system for traders who don't want to rely on their own TA: winzzz.com |
