Let's go back to your risk assesment thingie.

And let's say we are in a foreign country, and we work for that government and they get attacked by terrorists.

We find out who they are.

You say, that the risk assessment for further damage would be the same, if it was a wacko dentist that committed the act, or a communist agent.

I think you would get fired.
