i see many people saying "we are oversold and due for a bounce" in this mkt. With my developing system, ive been saying that this mkt is TRENDING DOWN, the term oversold should not be used. This mkt will not end it's downrun until the trending indicators are turned to buy or at least show bullish divergences. oversold indicators do not work in trending mkts, only in range bound mkts.
