Not necessarily! While booking and shipments are declining the new accounting rules produce higher revenues. When booking and shipments start increasing, the new accounting rules will cause revenues to lag and be lower.

I am not sure what the effect is for January because bookings, shipments and revenues are plateauing at the trough.
