Must you remind us of all the economic and political time bombs, booby traps, deferred maintenance, etc. that Clinton left as his legacy?

Recession
War
Stock Market plunge
Largest Business Scandals
Largest Terrorism event

--all, to an item, put in motion while Clinton was "on watch," with the brunt, but not all, of effects felt thereafter.

Fortunately there was budget supervision by adults in Congress to keep "Animal House" Clinton and his administration somewhat in check -- in the form of people like John Kasich, Dick Armey, Phil Gramm, Pete Domenici, Daniel Patrick Moynihan (the last decent Senator from N.Y) and others.

Yeah, I'll bet you do find scapegoating to be unproductive, particularly when the evidence points to conclusions that you don't like.
