The model failed abyssmally yesterday but says up again for Wednesday

When has it not? -VBG-

I'm completely flat for the moment and I am also expecting a bounce soon. But then again so is the rest of the world so we may just tank instead. I regret getting out of my bearx again but we had so much down, and the stinking bundesbank killed gold. If not for them I'd say today would have been a +4% day. I was tempted to hold out for gold to rally a bit but there was no way to gaurantee a market rally wouldn't cancel it out. Nevertheless +3.3% from the 14th. At this rate I should at least double my account this year, knock on wood. Not bad for a countryboy. hehe........Bearx has a certain gold component to it, it's hard to say exactly but I'd guess it varies between 30 and 50%.

Your right we could get an abc here after five waves. The only thing that makes me count it as an extended three is that by ending here the 1 would be longer than the three. Not illegal but I would expect a standard wave with three being the largest. I'm all cash so I get the luxury of waiting and seeing at least. As you know long term I expect we get close to the lows if we don't take them out before we make a new high.
good luck and shoot for the premium on those puts and calls
