Yup. That's what they'd get but if NT claims they can't pay up, then what value is a convert or shares going to be worth?

No one thought we'd see Global Crossing, At Home, Exodus, K Mart or Enron declare bankruptcy.

I hope they make that target so we never have to find out what the end result would be.
