Sure, we have the Clinton recession. Everyone understands that. Bush and Cheney warned everyone about it in December 2000. People do not blame Bush for that. That Dem lie campaign failed.

The stock declines, like the Clinton recession, appeared before Bush became president. People do not blame Bush for that.

Enron's illegalities occured under Clinton's watch and reflect Clintonian ethics. Clinton's SEC waived the law so Enron could do what it did.

And 911 is the product of eight years of Clintonian incompetence and corruption. People do not blame Bush for that.

As for your poll, take out the stupid people - the people who don't know who Lincoln is - and Clinton ranks among the worst.

Besides, better, more probing polls do show that Clinton is reviled. A great majority of people find Bush to be vastly preferable to the failed, disgraced ex-prez.

Clinton has the highest negative ratings of any living prez and second worst of all of them. That is not asked in the ABC poll.
