I think JC has done a great job of building a great business, but he has certainly made his share of mistakes - some really big ones too. I respect him a lot for admitting that. One area that I must agree with the criticism is in the area of employee compensation. He seems to have gone overboard on taking care of the employees and placed his loyalty to the company's shareholder base in second place. I am disappointed in the way he set up employee compensation, but he has certainly gotten a lot of them. The problem is that even with all they have produced, there has been very little, relatively speaking, netted from all these efforts of the last decade EXCEPT to build a great franchise. IF JC can translate this wonderful franchise into some really strong net earnings then it will all be worth it. But if....... Jeff
