Current asset value on Enron's statement does not include the recent and pending sale of any assets. I spoke with enron IR recently....He would not deny that statement could be a shot across the bow of creditors to accept a reduced payout.

Common is only worth less than $200,000,000 at this time. This is an amount that could be covered by a few months, or less, from USB trading operations.

Than again the common might disappear.
