Looks like the market liked what it heard. It was essential to announce a new 10 year deal with Sprint as part of this.

I'm not keen on seeing my equity diluted by 80%. But then ask yourself is this new structure going to permit the Class B shares to rise to $2.00 (pre-consolidation) in the next 12 months or so, because of the changes. If so, that is equal to the current value ($2.00 X 20% = 40 cents). The company was definitely going nowhere until they restructured the debt.

The consolidation is cause for concern too, because you always see share price decline, post consolidation.

Let's see what the telco analysts say. Also, I'm guessing some investment houses will soon be covering the company once this deal goes through, especially if they participated in this deal <G>. That is positive.
