Not quite! Somebody born at 20.02 20.02.2002 will surely be alive to see:

21.12 21.12.2112

Which is also a perfect palindromic time and date. There will be about 100 people born at 20.02 20.02.2002 around the world. Given the improved living prospects now and expected, I would be surprised if one of them [or a lot of them] are not alive to see 21.12.2112 [at 12 minutes past 9 pm].

Thanks for the note.

The Axis of Wealth Superloop with Plank Length of 24 hours = one earth diameter is nearing completion and the Dow is not far from 10,000. The Hang Seng is well over 10,000. Nikkei well under still but the USA 20.02 time will not be for a few hours yet and maybe the Nikkei [currently at 9834] will recover enough to squeeze into the loop.
