I'm sure looking forward to seeing Appleton deal with the Korean unions after a takeover... :-) The best thing would really be for Samsung to take over Hynix alltogether. They have the technology and resources to make Hynix' operations profitable and they are right around the corner. Too bad that such a deal would be unlikely to gain approval of antitrust authorities outside Korea :-) Boy, this thing sure is fun to follow!
