Why is it in my best interests to make any "deal" at all? Earlier I suggested that there was no way to evade this gracefully. Perhaps I was too subtle, so I will rephrase. Because there is no way to not accept this reasonable deal without appearing for all to see to be a horse's ass. That's why. Karen
