"I am generally against agreements that try to regulate posting behavior. This one has kinda always had a special place with me. "TOU: 2.1 a)...or otherwise objectionable." We simply need to self regulate and make a mental note on violations of human decency. The TOU is vague beyond repair but is employed when abuse becomes an issue. I find CH to be a decent dude btw...Ironically, one of the decentest....and stubbornest.
