Appleton has experience with the Italian Mafia unions, so he certainly can handle the Korean Union. They have just been quiet up to this point and like when Hynix bought LG, wants some assurance that they will be taken care of. This is Appleton's chance to be number 1 in the world and control the DRAM future. I have to believe he wants it. I think Micron would be buying alot of fabs and technology at a good price. also will give them increase share of business especially in China and Graphics market.
