Flashback to September 10, 2001 and what do we see? We see an NDX close at 1365. What do we see as today's low? Would it be NDX 1364? Why yes. What was the high Vix on September 10th? Well, it was 37.35 then the day before the twin towers fell. What was the Vix high today? It was 27.00. What a joke. More complacency at the same levels today than back then. My call for NDX to new lows still stands.

It should be readily apparent now to anyone that the fear needed to set a good bottom seems like it will only come when the lows are threatened and or breached.

And for those that said Sept. 11th events set the lows with an exogenous event of extreme proportions, it is time to revisit your thinking.
