Yes, I agree. As I wrote to Mrs. Peel, I wouldn't buy this house for its appraised value today. BTW, I remember you from the Qualcomm days- you coming in like a true skeeter bug and pestering everybody on the porch <g>. I was green enough to take umbrage, I fear, at what in hindsight were clearly very sensible, if not prescient, warnings about the valuation of the stock and the market in general. It's lonely being the voice of reason during a mania, no? <g> Anyway, please accept my sincere apologies...and thank you for your attempt back then to insert some sanity into the conversation, no matter how vociferously you were shouted down. Takes courage. And yes I wish I had taken heed...<g/ng>!
