Re: I'm surprised there is so little discussion of TIPS anywhere on SI. That's because SI is a misnomer. Most here are speculators or gamblers. Not investors. Re: My main concern about TIPS was that they do not perform as well as regular bonds if we have deflation. You really better get your mind over to Moody's, Fitches and S & P and take a look at what is happening with "regular bonds". Will Rogers once said: "My main concern about the market is not the return on my capital, it is the return of my capital."
