PCS is unprofitable and they have a tremendous amount of debt. Cash is king in a bear market so it won't be as easy for PCS to get funding as they did in the past. It's about time PCS had a profitable year. It comes a time in every enterprise when the market becomes fed up and wants to see the green, the money. PCS has great technology. I used them exclusively to make long distance phone calls all over the country and surf the web on my palm when I lived in NYC. But just about everyone has a cell phone. The cell market is saturated in all the developed countries of the world. Verizon Wireless stands to be the big winner if PCS goes bankrupt, which is a distinct possibility. How will PCS survive with all that debt? That's what the market wants to know.
