Kinda nice to see taht it's still here.
Yes-- SI limps along. People call the priest for last rites, hire the mourners, and start making casseroles for the funeral reception, but somehow it seems to stagger forward for another few months.
Many have started other relationships with other sites. UNfaithful, ungrateful wretches.
But some of us still plod along, not as vigorous as in our prime, but still loyal.
God, I have thoroughly depressed myself. Am going to get a drink.

The biting is normal, I think, though unpleasant. CW was a surreptitious pincher. At least biting is direct and up front. We never even knew about the pinching until an (ex)friend called me drunk one night after her child had bit Ammo and I announced to him that we were not going to play with someone who bites (AMmo had rings of bite marks from this kid) and we went home. She really let me have it and said MY nasty child pinched hers. I was of course indignant. MY child would never do that. No one had ever mentioned this before! She said her child had BRUISES all over from CW, but that SHE was too polite to ever say anything (unlike discourteous, boorish, loutish me). I was furious.
That weekend we went away with some friends and one of their little girls came into the room crying saying CW hurt her arm, and there was this BRUISE. I thought I would die of humiliation, not that I ever admitted it to this other woman, of course.
