I followed it and the action came in about an hour after the news. Volume was only about 600,000 and it went to 900,000. After the shorts really put the pedal to the metal. I think the final volume was 13 million, but there was plenty of time to act. Fortunately, I was away from my office and couldn't enter an order until it hit a buck. I think you'll see a nice retrace. It's chicken/egg. Once the shorts see there are no more sellers and start covering, it will be a race to get out. No doubt the stock should have been lower, but it's been coming down anyway. At this price, we should see an easy double quickly.
