That's a heck of a lot of frustration, anger, and hate you appear to have stored for 30 years. Does that explain your apparent mania and lunacy?

I'm afraid that you might go berserk and take it out on your fellow man physically, as you have here verbally. So I'll temper my remarks.

Seems you might want to seek some emergency psychiatric or psychological help, before you might engage in physical harm to yourself or people around you.
