Good question.

I suspect the reason for the delay is due to the litigation.

Last time I talked with the company they were still undecided on the need to restate 4Q of 2000 and didn't expect to have an answer before 2/14.

Even though the numbers are relatively small, they were reported right before an equity offering.

I suspect the company has some liability, but the stock is still under valued.

I'm still hoping for one more trip to 10.5, but I feel the lows are in on this one.

HC, HAL, PGO, VPI, SEI, DOW and a little MVK.

If you knew you could make 100%-200% on your entire portfolio in one year would you take it?

I suspect many of us will sell to soon, or see them go lower and when we get back to break even we liquidate with a sigh of relief.

Tempting to turn off the computer for the next year and come back richer???
