There is always the argument that 70% of voters here, and 55% of voters there don't want this and don't want that. I know, I know, we are a country of laws that say majority rules. What gets many tax payers riled, including me, is that with something as simple as school choice why can't we have it both ways and satisfy every taxpayer?

The Gov of Arkansas, or one of those southeastern states, found the answer in setting up a fund that lets those that think they should be paying more taxes than they do, pay into this fund. It could be the same thing for vouchers. If a parent doesn't want the choice someone will make it for them, but for those that do, there should be some kind of compensation. Otherwise we don't have a true representation of ALL of the people.
