"If the chipsets are only available in Q4 it takes at least another quarter until there are motherboards available." It depends on what they mean when they say available. Do they mean available to the OEM? Or to the public, in which case it would be on a motherboard. AMD tends to use the former for desktop processors and the latter for mobile processors, but they aren't all that consistent. I don't remember how they use the word "available" with respect to chipsets...
