Tom, I don't think anecdotal info from Radio Shack stores would lend much insight into new customers. However, we do know that the kinds of handsets now being offered by Sprint as well as Verizon suggest that more customers are interested in something besides simple voice calls. That trend would result in higher monthly subscriber fees. Art
