Paul, From everything I've heard Milo Medin may be on of the best network engineers in the world. But that does not address the issue of biz saavy. I can't really address that issue. I haven't even seen the prospectus (no S-1 in Edgar last I looked for some reason), so I can't even read bios on the management. Have to give them credit for being the first pure play fast internet IPO. Their biggest problem is shortage of capital and the IPO addresses this need perfectly. I also like the deals parent TCI has been doing lately such as CVC deal which result in swap of debt for equity. Speaking of quality of management, Chuck Dolan at Cablevision in my opinion is probably the smartest person in the business. He was the first person to realize the potential for cable. TCI is right to seek equity in CVC in return for some systems. TCI needs to pare down to a manageable size and Seattle, Portland, Chicago are the kind of clusters that TCI should be able to run very profitably. Sorry my comments are not more on point, but I just don't know the answer. SC
