(GNSS), a Delaware corporation, today announced that Genesis Microchip's filing agent yesterday inadvertently filed a Form 15 as a filing for Genesis Microchip Inc. The Form 15 should have been filed for Genesis Microchip Incorporated, a Nova Scotia corporation and the predecessor of Genesis Microchip Inc. Genesis Microchip Inc., the Delaware corporation, was formed in a reorganization of the predecessor Nova Scotia company.
