The wild card, of course, is that the price could be plummeting day after day because there might be information known to some but not all that is driving the sell-off of what appears on the surface as a great opportunity to buy in. The now all-too-familiar 'turd at the bottom of the punchbowl'. Exactly the type of situation that has cost many their hard earned funds over the past coupla' years.

At some point, maybe now, the risk of that being the case balances to the reward of it not, but most folks aren't very interested in crap shoots at the moment. Folks are still delousing themselves after experiencing the 'great opportunity' of participating in Enron, Global Crossing, et al.
