I agree.
Suffice it to say, when you said that I said that Karn was an enemy to democracy, when I didn't, says more about your biased opinion of what I said, than you saying I want to lock people up.
And there is no way, that saying a communist is no more a threat to democracy than a dentist, is contributing to a dialog on American politics. Communism is all about the destruction of democracy.
I am not saying Karen is a communist. I am saying that the attitude that we can trust the communist, is harmful. Intentionally so, no.
I look at it this way, she is trying to touch a hot oven with her hand, and I am saying don't do that, you will get burned.
A proper response then, would be to say that the stove isn't hot. That maybe commies are history.
But the moral relativism argument, that a commie is not as dangerous as anyone else, is bologna. |
