Bob-the 60,000 and 30,000 sh options you refer to were 7 year grants expiring either Dec 3.03 or Mar 12, 03 and were granted back in calandar 96 either on Dec 3 or Mar 12 (likely Dec 3) at a strike price of 12, which was the market price on the day of the grant. The stock was 15.75 for example on Jan 31.97 fy end. They were not just granted in May 97 when the proxy material for the AMtg was mailed. I therefore don't think we can infer that this means anything with respect to the July qtr numbers as a lot changes in this industry bery fast as we saw with other software stocks.
