If it's what I think it is, it might be "Financial World." That's a type of magazine in which the "news" articles are really articles written by IR types in return for money or stock at a discount. Not very reputable, but very common on microcap stocks. By saying this, I'm not knocking CHRB, but saying that the article should be discounted.
