I haven't seen any evidence except what I've read. And I've read that CSCO didn't list the holders of the Sequoia instruments in their proxy. I'm no lawyer and wonder how big of a breach it is. The publicity it's raising and the lack of response by CSCO while watching the price movement tells me the NY Post, regardless of its validity, is enough to move the stock in this environment. Realizing the CIEN and SBC news isn't helping any either. But with all the supposedly positive economic indicators, it sure hurts to watch the supposed dominant company in its sector go to hell.
