---I understand your contention that nobody owns the ---patent. I assume that Magpower hired a lawyer to search ---the patent. It would be gross negligence for a lawyer to ---not question why Galtech was not the assignee on the ---patent.
Ah, but notice how much more cautious Magpower is than GTSM ...
This is from Magpower:
magpowerinc.com Mag Power, Inc. (MPI) has entered into an agreement to acquire exclusive rights to a patented technology that the company believes has the potential to revolutionize the way most electric generators and motors are constructed.
It doesn't say that Mag "has acquired" -- it says it has entered an agreement "to acquire".
And it doesn't say the agreement is to acquire a patent... it says to acquire a "patented technology".
and it never says whatever it is getting is from GTSM.
All of which is very consistent with the 'Kramer view' that the licence between GTSM and Mag is just a cover job, to try to obscure that (1) GTSM can license "such rights as it still has" in the patent, but probably they are zero, (2) the inventors may own an interest in the patent not because GTSM gave it to them, but because it reverted to them (maybe) when the real patent holder (ERC, the only one public records say was the holder) was DISSOLVED and no longer exists.

== BUT GTSM DOESN'T OWN thePATENT -- ERC DOES, AND ERC DOESN'T EXIST====== FROM GTSM 10K On April 29, 1997, ERC was awarded a patent on a carousel electric generator that was designed to provide a high level of electrical power in a compact structure..... The State of Arizona has administratively dissolved ERC for failure to file its annual report.

====== REASONS TO QUESTION MAG POWER SINCERITY ========= The website has many ridiculous photos of things like WINDMILLS magpowerinc.com that are not owned by magpower and have nothing to do with the company.
Mag Power President, Garry Quintana If he's the same GQuintana as this guy kscourts.org he is a sleeze.
From Magpowerinc website === we learn that Harold has no college degree (tho' he did try for one! he had a "major") and that he's at least in his 60s and is retired.
Harold "Hap" Ewing, Vice President, Technology, was the principal inventor in the company's patented technology. He majored in Mechanical Engineering at Penn State University. For over forty years he has worked in various capacities in machining facilities. He owned and managed his own shop for about sixteen years before retiring in early, 2001.
