It seems like all of you posting on this thread have already accumulated lots of PACC, and wisely so. My question is would now still be a good time to buy into PACC for myself, a new investor who has not one share of PACC? Considering the latest price (16 and change) and various target prices on this stock (both analysts' and regular investors'-- anywhere from 13 to 25), could anyone give this starving ex-student some free advice?
