Many tech stocks are now priced for a worst cast scenario -- as if US is in a deep recession.... You must be kidding. Semis and the equips are priced for perfection. INTC has a PE of what, 70? MXIM sells for 14x sales. A day ago KLAC, a cyclical equip was 7x sales. These things could get cut in half and the only reason a value manager might nibble would be because he thought some other growth sucker would buy it from him higher. ork
