HI Chris,

Oh I really like Sbse.

I've been nibbling at some more after I got a bonus for last year.

I think their communication business is delaying their rally.

I really like that they have joined the ranks of debt free.

Their avionics should benefit with the long term military build up.

This is a class company that will once again be a big darling.

Regarding Cohu ,today's action has gotten us up to the previous high(within .41 - 23.50 ,it hit 23.09 around 1:00 today).

So now we need to shake out the last of the nervous weak holders in a handle.Handles must occur on low volume. They are most effective if they slope downward.A 5-10 % handle would take us to the 21ish area.If we slowly grind down - giving the appearance if an inability to get anything going - that would be most effective.

I'm thinking the best way to play this handle is to place some GTC lowballs in the 20 - 21 range hoping to catch a couple of bad days.In between if it slopes down to 21.00 - I'll probably try to buy a couple of thousand (showing buys of 500 at a time) and split the bid/ask but paying closer to the ask.

I remember years ago doing just that before I learned about them being called a handle - I called it a glideslope??

Any how every morning it would drop down go sideways and close up at the end of each day(on light volume).I bought a 1000 a day for 4 days and it broke out the next week.Man I felt so lucky - it was great.

There is no substitute to good luck.

Good to hear from you pard, hope your Dad and family are doing well.

Bob
