Joe I have to agree with Robert on the housing sector. Very strong currently and a couple of the stocks are making 52 week highs here. I would keep them on watch for possible topping (double tops/head shoulders patterns) and then strike. Your thought process is excellent though and I do think you are a bit early. I plan on moving/looking towards the real estate sector once these techs have run their course. For now there is plenty to work with there.
